ZOOM Meeting Minutes
Opening with prayer for ministry families, direction, safety and vision.
Ministry Growth:
There has been no significant growth during the last quarter as we have been taking a season of rest and restocking shelves
In the last quarter we have added 10 new families to our Facebook Group
Setting up a meeting with someone in our group to create a database for books as well as a vendor page
The opening of the Los Angeles County location has been put on hold indefinitely as the space was not water tight
Significant repairs would need to be done to open the location and we do not have the funds at this time
Physical Donations:
Donations of books and supplies are accepted at this time
2-3 grocery sized bags can be brought on any open day
Contact me directly through Facebook Messenger for larger donations to make sure that I can accommodate your generosity.
You do not need to select a day on our scheduler/GoogleCalendar on the Home Page...any open day that I am available is fine.
Monetary Donations:
Are encouraged at this time to help us keep our rental space
Spoke to a local bank to create our ministry account; there should be no fees for setting up an account at this time
A Zelle link will be connected directly to a ministry account for people who do not desire a tax deductible receipt
Current Zelle link is directed to a church site which holds our funding; tax receipts are sent for larger or consistent donations
Accounting:
Monetary donations from Nov - Jan $100
Rental space is $300 monthly; possibility of increase for the new year (2026)
Domain fees - yearly
Website fees – monthly

Acquiring persons interested in becoming part of our ministry board to help in the decision making process and take on rolls:
*Secretary, Financial Officer, CEO....meet quarterly in person or through zoom
Synopsis:
Times of rest are an important part of growth. Taking time to pray, restock shelves and seek God's direction is an annual season in the Curriculum Exchange Ministry. Physical donations are now accepted yet monetary donations continue to be low. We are spending more than we are taking in. Currently our deficit is taken from my personal account; this past quarter, as Administrator, I personally contributed $800 in rental funding. I may need to evaluate the option of an annual membership fee to cover costs. If our financial status does not change, I will need to consider closing the ministry location in Ontario and moving to a storage unit or garage. Continued prayers for Clarity and guidance moving forward. Next ZOOM Meeting in April.

Working on starting a Group Vendor Pages Database to be listed on our Website
Physical Donations:
Will be removing excess materials from the shelves October through December
Holding off on new physical donations until the new year; returns ok
Monetary Donations:
Working on setting up a QR Code for monetary donations
Setting up a separate bank account for the ministry; spoke to Tax Consultant
Accounting:
Monetary donations from July-Sept. near $400
